SpeakEasy is a gathering of Toronto's creative community. It's an opportunity to network, share ideas, and keep in touch with the pulse of Toronto's creative professionals. Since 1996 SpeakEasy has grown from a get-together of a few friends to an event that now draws regular crowds of up to 300. The atmosphere at SpeakEasy is casual... conducive to innovation and inspiration. Some of our most popular shows have featured Photography (part of the city wide Contact Festival), Illustration, Industrial Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, and the SpeakEasy Craft Shows. |
SpeakEasy is going Retro!We are please announce the launch of the new "SpeakEasy Jam Sessions". We are going back to the roots of our events and the SpeakEasy gang invites you to come out and join us for a beer and spirited conversation. No art, no door fees, no attitude, just like minded folks coming together to talk about art. SpeakEasy is going BIG!New this year, SpeakEasy's one-night gatherings have transformed into week-long juried exhibitions. Open to established and emerging artists, the SpeakEasy Art Fairs will feature local artists from a variety of creative backgrounds. |
